Party Hire Springs ***** stock

My first experience with Nicolene from Party Hire Springs was good and there were no problems to begin with. However, future clients should be advised that when ordering stock from Nicolene, check it before you leave the premises. We did not do this as we had to set up our venue. Once at the venue we saw that some of the fairy lights were damaged and broken. After the function and confirming the stock was all these (as received), we sent it back. We were held accountable for the ***** stock which had been provided to us by Nicolene and were also told some stuff was missing. If you intend to use Nicolene, check your stock before you leave the premises and when you return it, sit down with her and check that it is all there. We lost a huge part of our deposit because of this.
