Unreliable and VERY unprofessional

<p>I hired and paid for a candy floss machine from these people. They confirmed delivery for 3pm. I needed it from 5pm to 7.30pm for my son's school event. When they hadn't arrived at 3.30pm I followed up. They reassured me that it was on its way. When I called at 4.30pm to check again I eventually got the response that the delivery would only arrive at 7pm!!! </p> <p>After having a brief meltdown I asked the woman what I was supposed to do. Her only response was to say I must send my bank details they'll pay the money back. After that when I tried to call them back (I put down the phone as I was so angry) my first call was rejected and after that all the contact numbers went straight to voicemail.</p> <p>This wasn't about the money... even if they refund me everything. They didn't deliver. My little boy was so disappointed that we weren't able to make candy floss at his school function. </p>
