THEY NEVER PITCHED!!!

I hired a popcorn machine for my little girls party Paid whole amount and sent proof of payment They never pitched!!i called and called and they NEVER pitched up the phone! No apology,no response! Fortunately the party went well anyway but I am cheated out of my money!!
