Disgusting!

I am very sorry I did not consult with HELLO PETER before I contacted this provider. DO NOT make use of PARTY EQUIP for ANY of your party requirements. Noel was unprofessional from the start. I had to practically beg for a) information b) an invoice c) confirmation of payment received. Noel was rude and abrupt on the phone. He appears to be a one man band with no support and it shows. Delivery was 3 hours late. The popcorn machine was in a vile state - it had never been cleaned and *****s were falling off - the spice containers provided were not labelled and in a disgusting state. And no oil was provided as per agreement. Noels phone was off for the entire morning until 15:00. When eventually I got through and requested an explanation - he pretended not to hear me and put the phone down - and subsequently switched it off- AGAIN. I left a voice message insisting he call be back and to date NOTHING. I struggled to decide on Nature of complaint - as I would choose all - Bad attitude, Breach of Contract, Damaged goods, feedback/ response, Hygiene, late delivery, Passing the Buck etc etc!!
