I went to Party City in Fourways to buy a couple of items for my daughter's birthday party and I was assisted by a guy who said his name was Mduduzi Tebele.He offered to decorate the wall by himself and then proceeded to tell me that he would do it cheaper if I don't involve the company or the staff. He told me that he would charge me a discounted amount of R5500 because it'd be expensive if the company send someone to decorate the venue. He then told me that amount he charged also include confetti,balloons and other basic party items. I was really disgusted and shocked that he wants me to participate in his ********** activities. He even gave me his number ***).Please call him to Order!!!
