Rude and no manner of dealing with clients

<p>I enquired with quotes for crockery in April, after changing my quotes a few times, I never confirmed any of the quotes as stated in terms it only confirmed after 50% deposit. Brigiite Mann phoned me the Friday before the function and asked if I am still interested in the items which I told her no as I never confirmed that I was going with any quote. She got all upset and rude and saying it is all packed. How can this be if I never paid a deposit or confirmed.</p> <p> </p> <p>She then sent me a comment via email saying unprofessional to cancel a day before the time and couldnt say much as to the type of person I am. Honestly lady, never did i confirm. I will not recommend Party Adventures P.E to anyone after the rude manner of dealing with Brigitte Mann. </p>
