After being messed around for a part for my very old and tired car (very much like its owner) I was contact by Parts Mall (in less than an hour) of posting through a site that informs several companies of my request. My goodness I felt like I was ordering a part for a Porsche (which it might be for one day when I am big). The value of my spend (less than R200) but the service and feedback I received from Fannie (Randburg branch) was amazing. I almost wanted to replace all my parts just out of gratitude and to experience the great service (yes feeling a little needy for good customer service). Well done Parts Mall Team truly awesome service and customer satisfaction (breaks out into song and dance).
