Where is the 0 star click option? Poor service
Bought an incorrect battery from them. Returned it and they promised ill be refunded in 2/3 days. I've been waiting a week and they are full of excuses. From Loadshedding till they first have to get a credit from their suppliers before they can refund me. Does a business that big not have R637 to refund me? I had to pay them cash when I picked it up now I must wait and wait and wait for a refund!

13 Dec 2019, 07:43Got this from them after my review : Dear Edwin. Due to the load shedding and poor weather, our services have been several effected. Normally refunds are processed within 2 to 3 working days. However for your refund it took a little longer. The credit has been processed and is ready to be paid to you. According to the CPA, the refund needs to processed within 15 working days. Normally we process this a lot quicker, however as you have indicated on hellopeter that you are not happy with our services, we have decided to provide you with the refund in accordance to the CPA and the South African law. Your refund will be paid to you on the 31st December.
