Service? What service?

a) Their website is just a placeholder where you can get NO information

b) Contacting them is a useless exercise. Despite me sending them the COMPLETE model number of my laptop they still wanted me to provide the part number of the part I needed. When I then send the laptop diagnostics they just did not reply.

For a business that supplies computer parts they do not seem to be very knowledgable so I would think twice before using them.
