PartMasters is EXCELLENT

I had a very good experience with PartMasters. Although I read previous reports from complainers, I decided to contact them and buy some spares because their prices are excellent. A Lady by the name of Josephine, (very professional) helped me on my first request. The next morning I enquired about something else on the same Laptop and she connected the two enquiries and told me that they can send both in the same parcel to save me money. (She did not have to do it, but it was kindness and excellence) As the Adversary, Accuser of brethren try to plan conflict, it worked out that the keyboard was not the correct one. I contacted her and said it was not correct, but she assured me that it was according to their records, the correct one and should be compatible. She said that she will refund me as soon as the keyboard was sent back, they will even refund my PosNet costs for returning it to them. What I did next, was going on the LENOVO website and downloaded the Technical PDF Manual with the correct information on it and sent it to her and called her to show what the correct part was. Then she explained that my laptop is a "complexed base Laptop" and the keyboard could not be removed as it is a plastic-welded assembly from what she saw on the technical document. She thanked me for the information and say that they are going to edit their records so that the same mistake does not happen again. I will receive my refund for the keyboard and PostNet costs within the next few days. I just came again to ONE conclusion, be KIND to one another, we are all human beings and a mistake can happen. It is the WAY we handle that mistake. I could just as well have jumped on this same platform and scolded and smeared their name, but I decided to go the way I did and now I have a great Company as friend and I am looking forward to a long and blessed relationship with them.
