A parts supplier that does not know how to identify what spares a device uses even though a Model Number, Serial Number, Image of the Service Tag, and the part number for the item requested were provided. It is companies like this that hold back the Right to Repair movement and I am certain that the incorrect parts would have been supp**** anyway.
