INFERIOR PRODUCT SUPP****

This company sucks big time. Please be very careful when you buy anything from them. I bought a battery for my laptop in May this year I had to return the first battery as it was giving me problems, I collected a replacement battery and it's doing the same thing again. I have been speaking to Nokuthula Gumbi who's customer services skills are really something to be desired she has customer service skills at all, she can not respond to emails in a timely fashion, I have to always mail her first. The shocking thing is they refuse to give you a refund even though I have been having a problem since the beginning.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. rather purchase elsewhere, I wish I had read all of the bad reviews before I bought anything from this company.
