Chronological order of attempts to get a reply for supply of a laptop keyboard:

1. Facebook messenger. Dudu asked for a part number. I sent a picture of the keyboard along with a part number. Still no response after +24hrs. 2. Tried their online conversation on their website. Asked to leave an email address. No response +24 hrs later. 3. Phoned in and was promised a response within 30mins. 2 hrs later and still waiting. 4. Phoned again and asked for manager. She'd left. Then asked for manager's number. Not allowed to give this out. Eventually got the manager's number and its the same as publicly advertised on their website. 5. Contacted the manager (Bronwyn). Still waiting for a response.

Don't give these ***********s your business. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else.
