I contacted Part Masters on their online chat platform with a request for a spare keyboard for my Acer laptop. I must admit I wasn't very pleased with the response that they were too busy and that I should send my email address and would get a response as soon as someone could attend to my query. I was pleasantly surprised however when I checked my email that evening to find that quote for the requested item had been sent to me by Sandra Gumbi with all the necessary details for payment and delivery. I made payment and as promised the item was delivered the very next day. It is no wonder that they are so busy, but the efficiency with which my purchase was handled was amazing.
