EMPLOYEES DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB

Extremely poor customer service! I reached out to them via WhatsApp following a link directly from their website to get a keyboard part for my laptop, they confirmed price and stock, I took the time to drive all the way out to their office (50 Minutes away from where I stay) to get the part and have it installed only to be told that the product is not only OUT OF STOCK BUT COSTS MORE THAN WHAT THEY TOLD ME! Then they have the audacity to tell me that the person who made the mistake is likely the new trainee and a mistake like that is understandable. I would definitely nit recommend their services. I can not begin to describe how dissatisfied I am or how disgusted I am that there are actually still places like this and that get away with it. PS to management, get new employees and train them properly to run your business and social networking!!!
