Bad customer service
They supp**** a defective battery when i returned it they said it was i who broke it and refused to give my money back ....R1000 gone the drain just like that

The battery you returned was broken and was not in a resalable condition. If an item is returned within our money back guarantee period and in a resalable condition, we will credit you for it.
This battery was collected and signed for by you that it was received in good condition. In this instance we are unfortunately not able to refund on damaged stock.
