Non delivery and lies from vendor

I placed an order with this company on 3 March 2022. I paid extra for delivery to be done with 24 - 72 hours. However a week later after 50 phone calls and no response , they emailed me after Payflex who advertised for them got involved. I tried calling them the MOnday , Tuesday and Wednesday as the only contact for this company is a mobile number. There is no email or alternate contact numbers on their website. What upset me the most is that nobody even had the professional courtesy of calling me to explain what was happening. This is the last birthday my grand child will be celebrating and she picked the items she wanted, only to be disappointed by a company who has no business etiqutte about getting back to their customers. I only recieved a mail from them the Thursday saying the items have be couriered. when i asked for the tracking number etc it was not forthcoming until 2/3 days later. Now remember this company has already been paid by Payflex to the amount of R800 plus already. Why did they have to lie initially about the items sent with the courier. After 5 days they send an email , now all of a sudden I am being inundated with emails from them apologiseing, well it is to late . Like I said this was a special birthday for my grandchild who they just ruined with their lies of delivery and now want to apologise and refund well that boat had sailed. You caused me enough grief with trying in the first place to get hold of someone at the company and leaving numerous messages and no response. Then on the last moment I had to borrow money and run around from one place to the other to try and get similar items as to what was ordered from Parties4africa. This is supposed to be an online service, supposed to make things easier ofr the customer to just have items delivered. But you really killed that concept.These people make promises and don't live up to it, They lie about sending items out on delivery but when you ask for the way bill numbers they can't provide it. So much lies and now they want to make up for it ...... it is to late ... you ruined a special day for a CHILD.
