poor service

On 15.8.2020 i bought a defy 13.8 kg washing machine on the 18.12.2020 log a call with parsons spares,they only sent a guy on 5.1.2021 out ,name peet he order spares but he still waiting for the spares it almost 3 weeks later and no parts,washing machine still faulthy
