Employer running away from responsibilities

I worked for this paticular company for over 14years and had to resign due to the employer not paying me, i went to the ccma and i was awarded 3 weeks. To date this employer has not paid me my notice nor my settlement award. the went via the Sherrif of the court and ccma to get the monies due to me and they vacated the premises but i was notified that they are running their operation from home. now i would like to know what to do this has been dragging since may 2018 i need some advise as to how to proceed knowingly that this person/s belongs to a group of companies and has shares in other companies how to get monies due to me as I do not have the funds to pay for lawyers can someone please assist me
