Unhappy with PARS SILVER/ JEWELLERS SANDTON CITY

I bought 3 Jewelleries items at a cost of more than R15 000. Apon realizing the items material were coated/plated gold instead. I email and contacted the shop owner to return the item, to no reply, I further went direct to the shop and they insisted that thier policy is no return or no refunds. They went further to block me from contacting them on all platforms.
