Worst Manager & Service!

<p>I decided to go have lunch with my sister here at Parrots wonderpark. I'm disappointed to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>Orders were taken by waitress, Praise but were delivered by someone else (Which were wrong)</p> <p>Manager, Dumisani, came and intervened when I tried to explain to the waitress about our orders. Just when I thought the situation was going to be dealt with ACCORDINGLY, the Manager made the situation worse by telling ME (A customer) to sort out the matter with the waitress because he wasn't there when she took our order.</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of a manager does that?! Instead of defusing the situation, he had to utter those words, in front of anyone and highlighting that he'll only fix my sister's order and not mine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I obviously mentioned I would not pay for something I didn't order obviously... Manager then decided to apologise after the whole entire mess.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was bitterly disappointed. The food was EVENTUALLY replaced because I took the matter to Hello Peter. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why must we go this route for people like Dumisani to be reprimanded? No. I was disgusted.</p>
