worsr serves and restuarant ever

We went to parrots centurion mall for lunch on saturday 2 Aug. What a disappointment. First we asked the waiter to please split the bill from the start for us, he just said no you can split it when you are done. Then when the food came, not even all at ones, some orders were wrong and one guest on the table did not even get food. Not once did we see a manager on the floor only when we complained he came to ask and then the waiter answered for us!!!! I was in the restaurant industry for 5 years and we were told be visible on the floor the entire shift, clearly parrots does not train the staff the same. When we got ready to pay the waiter decided that he will add his 10% on the bill of almost R800 even if we were only 7 adults and a 2 year old on the table. We asked for take aways and had to ask him 3 times for the take aways. This is pathetic as we go to parrots menlyn and kolonnade a lot and never have complaints.
