Security at parrots in Centurion

<p>I would just like to warn people about security issues at parrots in Centurion. Last night we went for supper and someone stole my mothers handbag trough the railing from the sidewalk. I can accept the fact that things like this happens, but then also afterwards the manager insisted that we should still pay the bill in full, with very little sympathy as to what just happened. First of all if his security was up to scratch this would never have happened.</p>
