ROTTEN food! COLD food! Tried to BRIBE us!!!!!

We visited Parrots restaurant in Kolonnade on Sunday 8 Nov, 9am. We ordered coffee, juice, 1 meat pie with chips and gravy and 1 meat pie with gravy and salad. <br> We waited more than 30mins for our order while the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The gravy was ice cold and formed a layer of skin on the top! When we asked for hot gravy, the new gravy was cold too!<br> The salad was ROTTEN and the lettuce was slimy! The manager apologized, called the kitchen manager who also apologized and wanted to bribe us by asking if we want some meat pies to take home! They did not offer us a new meal, or anything else to eat! We refused to take the bribe, paid our bill and left!<br> How do you serve rotten food and only apologize? What has become of your standards? I would not recommend you to anyone, ever! Do you have any idea what the health risks/dangers are by serving this?<br> All I expect from a restaurant is to provide us with quality food and good service. I would like to bring this under the attention of Parrots' owner! I am utterly disgusted in your poor service, rotten food and managers who think that bribery will correct this!! I would like to know what you're going to do to correct this matter!
