Roach Latte?

I am in utter disgust at a latte I ordered from Parrots in Menlyn Retail Park where a ****roach swirled in my mouth thanks to their drink! What level of uncleanliness is kept in their establishment that a roach can land in a hot drink?? I still want to gag at the thought of it!

Re evaluate the hygiene level of your restaurant never eating here again!
