I was deeply disgusted in the manner in which a racial discriminatory event was handled. Upon my friends 21st birthday we were hoping to enjoy a quiet evening out with good company. However our night was greatly devastated when my friend and I were the recipients of a ****** patrons slurs. We immediately notified the manager in hopes he would take prohibitive measures. He addressed the opposing customer and when confronted he resolutely denied ever saying anything despite there being several witnesses present. The manger then promised us that the patron would no longer be welcome in that establishment however no action seemed to take place. I am outraged that such a sensitive topic could be handled with such disregard and I certainly will never be returning to Parrots Kolonade ever again.
