POOR SERVICE

On the 31'st Of August 2019, I had an unpleasant experience at Parrots Clearwater, Roodepoort. My daughter and I went for lunch. We ordered our drinks and starters which arrived on time. Then we placed an order for our mains. 40 minutes later we were done with our starters and waited for the waiter to clear the table as we waited for our food. But that took long we had to sit with left over food from our starters ducking flies. 50 minutes later that waiter came back to ask if we had been served our mains still shocked at his question. He then told us he was going to find out from the kitchen what the delay was. He then came back 5 minutes later to tell us that he forgot to place our order. In the mean time other patrons came and were served by the same waiter. Totally disappointed and I will not recommend this Parrots formerly JB's corner to anyone.
