Parrots restaurant - Clearwater

The waiter Lee was absolutely amazing, informed me of specials and recommended menu options and alternatives.

I ordered seafood platter (this meal was great) for 1 and a vege ***** pizza and it came out dry and very crusty. It may have been left in the oven longer than the desired time.

When I asked to speak to the manager Melusi who before he heard my concern, he directy told me that is the quality of the pizza and that is how they make them. Fortunately I always visit the restaurant as my preference for meetings. I have about 3 to 4 meetings a month at the restaurant. I proceeded to request the another manager Jerry who made me wait for over 40 min before i decided to leave. I left the pizza at the restaurant. I hope they correct their service and access the pizza for an honest review of the quality of food they serve.

As for me, i will never set foot in that restaurant again!
