Horrible management at Parrots Centurion

I am so disgusted and disappointed at the service I received from a Manger called Derrick. From Parrots centurion He showed me so much arrogance due to a mistake that was done by the waitress. I spend majority of the week here coming for meetings etc and I have never come across a problem and the one time I do expecting it to be treated simply, I am belittled and reminded that he is the Manger. It is so painful because I am not great at responding to disrespect, I just go quiet. At Parrots centurion change your management we can not be treated like we do not pay!!!!! We can not have people take advantage of the positions they have.
