Hair in food

3rd time that our food is spoiled. The 30th Oct was my husband birthday and my daughter lasagne has hair in, when we complain to the waiter he said it isn't hair it's the mushrooms. When she took the next bite there was another hair in the food. The manager was called and he offer to bring her another plate. The same story again hair in her food. This is the 3rd time that we were dissapointed with the food and service. They spoiled my husband birthday and it cost a little fortune for the food that we dont mind to pay for but really 3 times in a row, that is not fair.<br> <br> How many times do we have to complain before they do something about the food and service? We are regulary customers but i really dont think we will go back soon.
