Drunk staff member at work

Parrots seems to be quite a professional and formal establishment. I was appalled to see a staff member in full uniform reporting for work. This parrots staff member was so drunk they could barely stand yet alone walk. He was leaning from wall to wall trying to get to the nearby bathrooms. It was quite a disgusting scene frankly. People were laughing as he struggled to get to where he was going. When I looked at this man, he had vomit on his face. Which then raised my concern as to where in Parrots is he stationed? They wouldn't put him at the front to greet and wait on customers, he wouldn't be able to talk. Which then led me to believe he's stationed at the back, in the kitchen? Reeking of alcohol, covered in vomit, handling food? This was at Menlyn Parrots. How do the managers allow this to happen though?

I will never eat at Parrots, that sight was appalling!
