Dispute about prices

I went on Parrots website to check their breakfast this morning, I called the restaurant and ordered what I thought would make my stomach smile and the price on the website was R40.95. When I got to the restaurant the gentleman who was helping me presented me with the food and a bill, when I looked at the bill the total for my English Breakfast was R70.90 including extra toast. I questioned the price and we had to include the manager.<br> <br> Chris (staff members do not know his surname) the manager came to and without greeting me he pointed out that I should not have re**** on what I saw on the website as prices may differ, and if I do not have enough cash I might as well leave the food.<br> <br> Where is Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) principles there?
