Complain

Very disappointed with parrots the one in centurion mall, am their regular customer but what the did yesterday not on at all ,I complained to the waitress that am not happy with my order as it was not fresh and not smelling nice he went and call the manager and manager she told me sorry there's nothing they can do ,I asked her to take my order back to their kitchen then I will pay for them even if I didn't eat them ,later while finishing our drinks to leave the manager sent the very same order rapped in takeaways which I don't understand what difference is it going to make if we didn't like it in the restaurant obviously .manager refused to assist Us and we end up paying for the foods we didn't eat .
