Bad food and service

We went to Parrots Wonderpark over the weekend. We ordered a burger and a beef schnitzel. The sauce looked like soup ontop and had large mushrooms and was bland. The chips that came with the burger were soggy and some weren't even cooked through and were literally tasteless. I ordered a ****tail which had mint. The mint was crushed and wasn't part of the presentation but kept going through the straw as I drank which made the drink taste bitter.. Our waitress did not attend to us, we only saw her when we ordered drinks.. someone else came to take our food order she only came once after serving us.. and that's when we asked for the bill..
