Bad customer service

The Staff (K****tso and her colleague) was making nasty comments after requesting to pre order chickens, this was after requesting to speak to the manager to explain why I cannot pay and wait. The manager came with reason that they do not pre pack, however when I passed the express going to Checkers there was prepacked in brown paper. The manager (Wonder) stated that the prepacked it was his. I proped him to understand and his story changed, which I was not happy with as the more I proped the more he changed his reasoning.
