All the small things... done right ;)

Congratulations on above-average service delivery Parrots. I am pleased to say your waiting staff are doing things right.

Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of our waiter or the trainee, but regardless, everyone we met at your establishment treated us well, smiled and greeted us and served us with your delicious assortment of dishes.

There is always room for improvement, but your team are doing things that matter, and that’s not necessarily something you can teach. Common decency and respect is something you grow up with, and something you willingly adopt. So kudos to your staff for treating all your customers like human beings.

If we’re in the area again, we’ll pop in for some grub. Keep it up!
