A fly in my milkshake

On the 25th of Feb 2016, after attending a funeral service , a friend of mine and I went to have lunch at Parrots Wonderpark. At first we were greeted by the sight of a small ****roach under the table we were seated, whilst the waiter was very polite and efficient the GM And Manger were incredibly rude to say the least. A fly had flown into my milkshake, the Manager took the milkshake and took out the fly and brought back the very same milkshake that I had been drinking. As shocked As I was about this matter I requested to speak to the GM. The very irritated looking GM arrived with security guard, which he later told to leave. The GM blatantly told me that I was being ridiculous because he cannot control the insects that are in the restaurant and that I needed to order another milkshake and pay for both. I was needless to say disgusted by this person expecting me to drink the milkshake or buy another one because there was no way he was going to replace the milkshake since flies are part of nature, he cant control . As A frequent customer of Parrots Wonderpark, I was very disappointed with the conduct of the General Manager and the Manager who was just as rude. <br>
