Breakfast at Parrots, Menlyn Park
The breakfast was outstanding, as was the service. However, I have two things I’d like to mention, as being negative 1. The compulsory service charge added to the bill. This needs to be removed 2. The pouncing staff, when trying to merely enter the restaurant. Just allow the customers to enter, instead of the current ‘ambushing’.

Excellent service from Rose and Milo at Parrots restaurant
Excellent service from Rose and Milo at Parrots Restaurant: Menlyn Pretoria Milo took my order confidently, and everything arrived exactly as requested. Rose truly stood out — she has a lovely presence, understood my needs immediately (even with a complicated order), and delivered everything perfectly. She was attentive without being intrusive and seemed to anticipate exactly when I needed something. Her listening and communication skills are exceptional. I hope management recognises her — she truly deserves to thrive.

Excellent service from Rose and Milo at Parrots Restaurant: Menlyn Pretoria Milo took my order confidently, and everything arrived exactly as requested. Condition of the chicken
I am a regular costumer of parrots Kolonnade therefore I hereby lodge a complaint regarding the condition of the food( full chicken ) I purchased on Saturday afternoon . The chicken was burned and crusty , some parts of it was hard due to being burnt. I am sharing this because i usually do sit ins or buy your chicken for take aways as and when needed. This issue was triggered today as I contemplated on buying chicken at your establishment but was deterred by the quality I had on Saturday. I have also sent email complaining about this to no avail.
