I purchased Parrot for delivery, they then contacted me to say they can not deliver long distance a cage must be purchased with the Parrot. I then purchased the cage as well. Delivery was ensure to be 04/06/2026 I enquired and they said 5/06/2026. I then received a message stating that the delivery will now be 6/6/2026 as delivery was not done in time on their side. I then canceled and requested a refund and since they have ignored me. No response to my calls and texts.
