Sub grade products

I visited the PNA in Farrarmere as they were advertising your Whiteboard marker, the 4’s and 6’s. I wanted to purchase the 6’s and was told that they don’t have stock and will receive in some time. The next week I went back and the staff member immediately recognized me and brought me the markers. I have never purchased any Parrot products and now I understand why.... what poor quality!!! Is that the reason for putting it on promotion?? To get rid of it? Then you should give it away as the quality is questionable. The purple marker was dry and the others were of sub standard. If a product is of such poor quality rather remove it from the shelf than put your brand integrity at risk by trying to clear it via promotions
