Shipping customised glass from JB to CT not a good idea -use local contractor

We renovated our kitchen and needed glass splashbacks - not a difficult job at all in our case. It took Parrot 5 attempts to get it right ( product gets made in JHB and shipped to CT) before we finally blew our top and demanded full refund. In the end Debbie, the MD in JHB, took control and promised that it will be sorted. After 9 months of agony, the job is finally complete.
