innefective product.

The parrot drone is an awesome invention. I am just really dissapointed that it doesn't respond to the commands you give it. <br> It will go up and down but when you tell it to go fowards and backwards is does what ever it wants. <br> This causes many problems and crashes. Which unfortunately resulted in the drone hulls being damaged. I tried all settings and calibrations but nothing seemed to fix the problem. Even different phones couldn't fix it. <br> I also went to a retail outlet that sells the product and they tried getting hold of parrot yet to no avail. I received little to no help. <br> I hope this complaint will end up getting through to the right people, so that I can finally be able to fly my drone and have some fun. It's a great product if it works and isn't being used for an expensive paperweight.
