disappointment by big companies

Deeply disappointed the way I was treated at that company. I made an order on the 14.06.2019 and paid deposit , the company as big as they are took them 2-3 weeks to get my order just when they eventually called me the stock was ready I went to collect it as our agreement boom!!!! my stock was now incomplete because they gave my staff to someone else and I did explain that I have to finish this project before schools re-opens....No one came came to explain but the poor receptionist. I ended up paying two amounts because as the receptionist told me that the money has not reflected into their account. Surely by today it has reflected but they have not refunded me. The remaining stock was brought because I called them whereas they promised to deliver it yesterday. I had to work all night through to finish my project.
