Delayed Service and Impossible Refund System
So ***********, I wouldn't recommend your shop. You are impossible. I ordered markers online on 1 December, the site didn't even specify that they out of stock, then you email me and tell me to expect them order mid December. Wow. It's just markers. I had to buy from Makro because I ordered them to conduct a presentation with. Then later when u decide to deliver I couldn't be reached over the phone, I wasn't even expecting you guys at that day, it was way overdue, now I can't get my refund because I have to provide my ID number. NEVER!!! I wouldn't trust such an *********** group with my ID no. Keep the money guys, I'd already seen you are ******
