Bad customer service

Pro Forma Invoice / Order No *** (601/COD455)

Has been a Parrot customer for years... But just happened to have a bad experience lately. Took a quote for an item(s) and was confirmed the stock is available and NO delivery fee. Payment was done immediately and waiting almost 2 weeks a lady calls from parrot office to inform the item cannot be dispatched as there is not enough orders from our area or else i pay for the delivery to receive the items. So i asked her politely i queried about any delivery charges before placing the order and if there were any i would not have gone ahead. We customers trust PARROT as a major brand and for their products and support obviously. Now this has left as me a loyal customer to rethink before i go with any of their products....
