Bad educator bullies students and his parents

My son had completed grade R in 2019. He had the most wonderful grade R teacher. In 2020 my son started grade1 at the same school. 5 days into the first term during a parents meetings the grade 1 educator Mrs E Truter , told me that my son was not going to make it and that he would be receiving 1s and 2s in his report card. She then proceed to say that she would have to report my sons limited use of vocabulary to the department of education and that they would then have my son moved to a special needs school that suits his needs. The week after the meeting my husband told me that when he picked up our son she mentioned the exact same thing to him about our son getting 1s and 2s in his report card at the end of the term. As the term progressed and we as parents ask for her help in providing exstra work in the areas she thought our son might need more work on, she would note our concerns in the message book yet never send us any feedback on which area's to focus our concerns on with our sons progress. While writting continuously in January 2020 we as the parents had to initiate to have a meeting with the educator Mrs E Truter. Before receiving conformation on the meeting, we recieved a single page from a set of documents whereby she requested us to sign it but never mentioned what the page requesting our signature was for and this behaviour from an educator really made us become worried. My first meeting with the educator Mrs E Truter the remeedle teacher and the schools principle Mrs Marinus was on the 30 January 2020. My husband could not be present because our kids had no other immediate family members to take care of them. During the meeting this meeting the educator Mrs E Truter spoke of how my son was mentally, physically, socially and cognitively impaired to be in a mainstream school and that she had done everything to help him. She also said that kids like my son get called names and bul**** by other kids because of the way he is. She also spoke about my sons "symptoms " that she had looked up on the internet and that i should give her personal information about my son being diagnosed with autism. This broke my heart and the complete meeting began to become clear. I was in a meeting alone as a parent and being ambushed by 3 people whom i as a parent leave my 7 year old with each day. A week went by after this meeting and we once again reached out asking the educator Mrs E Truter for direction and help but no response in aiding our sons growth and we asked for a 2nd meeting. The 2nd meeting took place 24 February 2020. Two social worker from the department of education sat in, as well as the remeedle teacher and the schools principle Mrs Marinus. Both me and my husband attended the meeting. The educator Mrs E Truter mention in the meeting that we were "bad parents" and claiming once again that my son was autistic. Not one of these social worker from the department of education of education set Mrs E Truter right . She **** about everything from the start of the term. Thinking we could move forward since the 2nd meeting and work as a team to help our son was all but just talk because she was not prepared to help us at all. As the term came to an end an incident had happened at the school. My son accidentally threw a stone at his friend Phoenix who was at that time in the same educators class. The story was completely twisted and we as the parents were not told who the boy was or what grade he was in. A day later my sons friends mom called me and she is also a friend of mine. We sorted the incident out via conversation. The 1st term concluded. During the lockdown no home work was being updated on the Facebook page of the school for grade1 since 4-22 May 2020. I became very upset because all my asking in the group was ignored. I then wrote a message on one of the schools posts stay exactly how i felt and then only i got a response after try for several weeks. I was then told that there was no other work on the page for Grade1 but that 4 June on collecting the report that there would be a homework package given to all grade1 learners. 4 June 2020 we collected my sons report card and the homework package. However the educator Mrs E Truter had failed my son and there was no explanation in writing as to why. I emailed the receptionist to have the educator Mrs E Truter email me on why he got the marks he did but instead on 8th June sje contacted me. In the telephonic conversation she spoke and i listened to her attentively on why she was giving me reasons on why she cannot explain what she had in an email. However i still insisted that it be in writing. However the educator Mrs E Truter then redirect the conversation to the stone throwing incident and said that my son is a threat to her students because i caught her in the act of lying to me over the phone and confronted her about it and i guess she didnt like that so she started degrading our son and us as parents. I ended the conversation by literally hang up the phone because she would not listen to me pleading her to stop degrading and discriminating our son but she would not listen. On writing an email on the bad behavior and ethics of the educator Mrs E Truter the principle Mrs Marinus blamed us for degrading the teacher. A 7 year old boy is verbally degraded and labeled as Autistic and a teacher ruins his complete beginning of the first term refusing to help him. Im sad because its taken one educator to show me that there is no empathy in educators or schools.
