6 days check up

We attended the clinic yesterday for my aunt's 6 days check for a new born and the nurse gave the newborn baby injection.how is that possible, she simply supposed to just check the baby's health and not inject .so unprofessional.now the child is in Karl Breaker hospital because of the unprofessional nurse.
