3years waiting for provident fund

my name is Musa, I have worked for the company at King Shaka International airport as a technician and I left the company in 2015, up until today I haven't got my provident fund, they playing games with asked me several times to fill one the same thing, its been three full years they failing to tell where the problem is, I spoke to Momentum since on the forms I have fiilled I saw they were momentum forms, I spoke to them they I was told the problem is with this *** company, momentum sent them emails on different occasion but no reply from Parnis, I wish this attitude can come to an end, cause now I am starting to think I am not the 1st victim and not the last
