Water in the Purjoy juice box

I went to the store to purchase a 1 litre box of Purjoy juice - Peach flavor and upon opening and pouring the juice into a glass only a clear substance came out and was in the box. Further to the above I have tried to contact your customer comment line and I was on hold for more than 10 minutes with no answer and the email on the box comes back as undelivered because it could not be found. Honestly pathetic!
