unfair treatment

This shop is open to public but its only the street vendors who get to buy stock. no matter what time you get there when you ask for stuff they will say its finish but while standing to pay for your goods. The street vendors comes in and gets what you asked for and you were told its finished. I decided not go there course its waste of petrol and time. I believe that this is suppose to be first come first serve basis.
